Mira Mira is Chef Ricardo Costa's second signature restaurant, which offers a more relaxed vision of Fine Dining, maintaining the seasonality of the ingredients, respect for excellent Portuguese products and their origin.
Ricardo Costa is from Aveiro and has been the Executive Chef of The Yeatman hotel since 2010.
It was under his leadership that The Yeatman's Gastronomic Restaurant achieved two prestigious Michelin stars.
OUR MENU
With the Harvest Menu, we want to showcase the potential of the ingredients used, which are the result of our selection, vision and experience gained from working with them, just like the “Harvest” wines, which represent a style, a process of evolution and the best that was obtained in that harvest year.
Just as we sow to reap the best fruits of our work, we want to present a different approach, always starting from respect for the excellence of Portuguese products and their origins.
An à la carte menu is also available.
To accompany them, we select wines from boutique national producers.
