Cocktails Dalí

Inspired by the Dalí Universe exhibition at the Atkinson Museum in WOW, the Mira Mira Restaurant by Chef Ricardo Costa presents two suggestions for cocktails that transport us to the imagery and symbolism of Surrealism, with Salvador Dalí being one of the leading exponents of this artistic movement.

Like the inspiration and creativity in Dalí’s art, surprising and unpredictable, this cocktail appears like a blank canvas, on which a play of colours is projected, always different. Each cocktail is thus original and unique, with strong and defined flavours, taking us back to the plasticity of his work, of his universe.

Passion Fruit, Mango, Strawberry, Lime and Coconut Syrup

Unexpected and therefore provocative, The Unexpected mocktail challenges the senses to discover the flavours that make up this drink, which are difficult to perceive just by looking. Non-alcoholic, but equally intoxicating, the drinks are varied and inspired by the expression of the unconscious world and the complexity of dreams.
